Chapter 1 "Beta" update

Game updated to "Beta" for sake of school project. No new content but a number of quality of life features are implemented:

• Title screen with dedicated links for dev note, settings, start button, and likely more in future.
• Text speed settings added to  title screen as first setting option, will be consolidated into broader "settings" page at later date.
  • Default Text Speed from Alpha is now classified as 'Very Slow' in text speed setting page
  • New default and 'Normal' text speed is twice as fast as default from the Alpha
• New Text speed variable should be applied to all currently visible passages and skip button should now properly skip the entire page at once, even on the slowest text speeds. Option for shorter line by skips to be implemented in future settings.

Quality of life to be implemented in future beta builds or by full release:

• Expanded settings
• Persistent settings button accessible throughout the game
• Skip speed settings
• Ability to view stats 
• Stat system toggle or tweaks

And of course, by full release later this month we plan to have Chapter 1 properly concluded, though some dialogue branches may be added to Chapter 1 past its initial full release if development continues.
